At Invictus Associates, I led a team of three accounting professionals supporting full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of DoD contracts. I owned corporate accounting strategy and indirect rate development and monitoring to support FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance.
I directed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for executive leadership and government stakeholders. I also managed DCAA audit readiness and served as the primary point of contact during audits.
At Ardent Eagle Solutions, I prepared month-end reporting and maintained DCAA and PCAOB audit readiness. I administered payroll for more than 225 employees and trained and managed staff handling accounts payable, cash receivables, general ledger, and labor reconciliations.
Earlier, I supported government contractors and commercial clients at Anzu Partners and Stillwater Human Capital. My work included federal grant and contract reporting, audit support, pricing models, ERP improvements, and cash flow strategy.
