I've led finance, accounting, audit, administration, and contract operations for nonprofit and government-focused organizations for more than 30 years. Through Money Equations Inc., I manage annual financial, DCAA, and A-133 audits, Form 990 filings, 501(c)(3) applications, federal assistance awards, and bookkeeping services across multiple industries.

At Eat Real Certified Inc., I performed end-to-end accounting functions, managed annual audit schedules and reimbursable grant invoicing, and helped convert payroll, time and attendance, expenses, and HR to a full PEO system. I also calculated overhead, G&A, and fringe benefit rates.

Earlier, I served as Controller at Government Contract Solutions, Accounting Manager at George H. Rucker Realty Associates, Director of Financial Reporting at WorldSpace Corporation, and Vice President and Director of Finance, Administration & Contracts for renewable-energy organizations. I'm a CPA who enjoys creating structure and efficiency in fast-paced, fluid environments.
