At Devsec.ai, I launched the MVP to more than 15,000 active users and €1.2M in ARR, while automating workflows that reduced administrative overhead by 40% and improved profit margins to 65%. I also recruited and managed a remote team of 12 across three time zones.

At Annotation.inc, I built a high-fidelity AI training-data provider, led a global workforce of 500+ annotators, and developed automated pipelines that improved client ML model accuracy by 22%. I bootstrapped the company to €1.5M ARR within 18 months, managed P&L, and deployed €500K in seed capital toward a proprietary annotation SaaS platform.

I've also managed an investment portfolio exceeding $5M using algorithmic trading models and quantitative analysis, achieving a 32% year-over-year return on invested capital.
