What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support and evolve Epic EHR workflows, troubleshoot integrations fast, and ship test-validated, change-controlled releases that protect patient safety and improve operational reliability.

I’m an Epic EHR application support and managed-services specialist with over 11 years across healthcare integration, system audits, incident triage, and ticket-driven delivery aligned to SLAs and regulatory expectations. I translate customer needs into build, test, and change-controlled deployments while keeping clinical workflows usable and reliable.

I’m comfortable auditing configuration, debugging data integrity issues, and coordinating upgrades—then communicating clearly with clinical IT and operations teams throughout the process. In recent work, I built .NET/C# tooling to reduce repeated manual checks during release windows and investigated integration defects by comparing HL7/FHIR-style payloads to pinpoint mapping mismatches.

I also focus heavily on stabilizing releases with automated regression coverage (Selenium and Postman), environment-specific configuration management (Git and Azure DevOps Pipelines), and disciplined change management. I improve incident handling by capturing strong evidence in tickets, writing runbooks and escalation guides in Confluence, and mentoring less-experienced analysts to accelerate accurate reproduction and escalation.
