I designed Olivia, an AI agent that answers merchant queries and acts on live store data. I built its interaction model around confidence, fallbacks, and human approval; support tickets fell by 80%+.
At FHI 360, SIDHAS Project, I co-designed an offline-first Android clinical tool with pharmacists and case managers. Within a year, paediatric viral suppression rose from 64% to 86%, and multi-month dispensing from 23% to 86%.
I also took Mine Naira from idea to launch, reaching 50,000+ users within three months, and founded Tabeet, a commerce platform for social sellers that I designed and built end to end.
