At Declan Foods, I owned the end-to-end design of a food-tech platform, including its design system, landing page, and more than 25 screens across referral, admin, and delivery rider dashboards. Research and competitor analysis surfaced concerns about high prices and unreliable delivery, so I prioritized cost transparency and delivery trust.

I simplified checkout and restructured the admin and rider dashboards to address navigation issues. After launch, the redesign contributed to a 30% reduction in admin workload and a 20% increase in orders within the first month.

At Monivest, I designed product sections to explain investing mechanics and build trust for first-time users. I’m now conducting PRD analysis and leading user research for Perch, while my Shiftswap capstone experience included leading a cross-functional design team through end-to-end product design.
