What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an AI consulting role solving business problems with working software.

At Genius Realty LLC, I use AI to draft property listing descriptions, reducing writing time per listing from 30–45 minutes to about 10–15. I also use AI tools to produce property marketing videos and brokerage promotion.

For My Better Life, I led a four-person team building a client platform with Blazor Server, C#, and Azure SQL. I took over project management for the final two weeks, recovered the schedule, and delivered every client requirement before the deadline to an accepted, well-received system.

I built CreatorFlow AI solo across six Agile sprints, deploying a React app with a Node.js/Express API, Firebase authentication, and Firestore. I designed a mock AI engine that runs the request pipeline end to end at zero API cost. I’m seeking an AI consulting role solving business problems with working software.
