I’m an Ayurveda therapist specializing in authentic Panchakarma and body therapies, with international experience in luxury medical wellness hotels and clinical Ayurvedic environments across Europe and India.
I’m trained with Maharishi’s techniques in Germany and certified in Yoga and Sound Healing, and I deliver personalized traditional treatments such as Abhyanga, Udhvartana, Pinda sweda, Matra Basti, Shodana Basti, Netra Tarpana, Nasya, and Karnapoorana.
As a freelancer, I provide traditional Ayurveda therapies and massages in established centers, while also supporting Ayurveda and Yoga retreats. My scholarship at Navajeevan Ayurveda Hospital in India deepened my Panchakarma practice and enriched my ability to work closely with doctors and teams.
