Mia Simone
@miasimone
Fashion founder and designer crafting couture and wearable art while leading teams to success.
What I'm looking for
I build one-of-a-kind couture clothing and accessories with a clear goal: molding creativity into a completely viable and lucrative lifestyle brand. As a founder and designer, I combine industrial sewing with textiles/dye design, silk screen, and graphic design to create wearable art that connects with people.
I’m also highly dependable in service and operations. In my customer service roles, I focus on efficient, timely resolutions, customer retention, administrative reports, and clerical/interoffice communication—plus over/short/damage processing and coordination support.
I’ve led from the floor, including facilitating front of house dining hall services with POS-verified meal card scans, station upkeep, and daily maintenance/cleaning. In logistics and fulfillment, I trained on industrial trucks and helped manage 500–1000 person shift crews to expedite package delivery during peak seasons.
At my best, I’m a positive team leader who uses my communication strengths, entrepreneurial drive, and artist mindset to propel the business forward. I want to promote my team to the highest success possible in everything we do.
