What I'm looking for

I’m relocating to Charlotte, NC in early September 2026.

At Kayal Orthopaedic Center, I handle prior authorizations for MRI and CT procedures and communicate with insurers about coverage, authorization issues, and pending approvals.

I also coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and imaging communications while maintaining patient records and following HIPAA requirements. I use eClinicalWorks and help train new front office staff on the system and office procedures.

My clinical exposure includes shadowing MRI technologists and observing MRI procedures, patient preparation, safety protocols, and imaging workflow. I’m a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant through the National Healthcareer Association.
