Aspiring architect with a strong foundation in urban planning.
What I'm looking for
I am currently pursuing a Master of Architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where I maintain a GPA of 3.8. My academic journey has been marked by several scholarships, including the prestigious David Sharpe Memorial Scholarship. I have a solid foundation in urban policy and planning, having graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Urban Policy and Planning.
In my role as an Undergraduate Advising Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, I support first- and second-year architecture students by organizing advising sessions and managing important documentation. My experience as a Pre-Kindergarten Assistant Teacher and After School Program Instructor has honed my skills in communication and leadership, allowing me to effectively engage with diverse groups of students.
Through various project experiences, such as the Suder Montessori Peace Garden Design and the Broken Arrow Allotment Land Use Planning and Development, I have developed a keen interest in sustainable design and community-focused architecture. I am eager to contribute my skills and passion for architecture to a dynamic team.
