What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, team-oriented role in research, policy, HR or program coordination where I can apply cross-cultural communication, data skills, and grow professionally.

I am an adaptable, detail-oriented international relations professional with cross-cultural experience in Poland, Lithuania, Turkey and remote work for a US company. I combine strong communication and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in research, HR processes, and community-focused volunteering.

In research roles I have contributed to policy brief preparation, literature reviews, and building databases of political, economic and security data. In HR I managed applicant communications, interview scheduling, recruitment advertising, and university partnerships to build talent pipelines.

I hold a graduate degree in International Politics and Diplomacy (ongoing) with a high final grade and have completed certified courses in English proficiency, digital transformation, and introductory Korean. I am eager to contribute effectively and grow within organized, team-oriented environments.
