I am a strategic and versatile finance leader with 19 years of experience across financial accounting, audits, IFRS compliance and shared services transformation. I lead finance and audit teams to streamline processes, strengthen controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

At Inchcape Shipping Services I expanded the shared services centre from 25 to 80 staff across 14 countries, standardized region-wide SOPs and achieved zero delays in month-end closures while implementing robust internal controls.

Previously I led finance, compliance and SOX initiatives in multinational firms including Roche Asia Pacific Services, Chevron and BasisBay, improving reporting accuracy, resolving compliance risks and clearing backlogs of statutory filings.
