What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role where I can lead governance and audit transformation, mentor teams, and drive transparent, risk-aware growth in a mission-driven organization.

I am a seasoned internal audit and governance leader with over 25 years of experience across statutory bodies, healthcare, education, foundation and corporate sectors. I specialize in strengthening institutional integrity and delivering board-level advisory aligned with national governance standards.

Throughout my career I have led cross-functional teams, conducted financial, operational and performance audits, and developed risk-based audit plans that improved efficiency and accountability. I have a demonstrated record of implementing governance reforms and quality assurance reviews aligned with IIA Standards.

My achievements include identifying significant potential fraud losses, improving audit efficiency and internal control effectiveness, and securing unqualified audit reports from the Auditor General. I have also delivered training and capability uplift for internal auditors and presented governance white papers to boards.
