At Sistem Global, I build and maintain enterprise applications with .NET and ASP.NET Core MVC, and optimize database access with Entity Framework and MS SQL Server. I also implemented logging and monitoring with Log4Net.
I created KnowledgeAssistant, a .NET 9 document Q&A service that answers questions about uploaded PDFs with cited passages. It runs on Azure Container Apps with managed identity, and GitHub Actions publishes images using OIDC.
For Hukuk.AI, I developed a Turkish legal question-answering API with article citations and an evaluation suite for retrieval and answer quality. SSE streaming and Redis caching reduced time to first token from 5–7 seconds to about 1.8 seconds.
