What I'm looking for

I'm interested in technical talent assessment, recruitment, candidate evaluation, AI-assisted work, and helping the right people find the right opportunities.

I work with companies through DMT Consultancy to identify, evaluate, and recruit professional and technical talent. I personally interview candidates, looking beyond CV keywords to understand engineering backgrounds, technology stacks, databases, and experience with large-scale or live-data environments.

My work sits at the intersection of technology, talent assessment, and human potential. I translate client requirements into practical candidate profiles and support international companies, clients, and candidates throughout recruitment processes.

Earlier, I managed and designed technology, digital-product, interactive-media, and computational-design projects for Yogurt Technologies, Dreambox, Roof, and Runner. I also led visual production and project work at Sebit Information & Education Technologies, contributing to educational products and international projects including iClass and Vitamin.

I'm currently developing an application through AI-assisted programming, reviewing implementation at code level and validating outputs as I iterate. My background in web applications, computational design, scripting, digital visualization, and university teaching helps me connect technical and non-technical perspectives.
