Messiah Iheanacho

I am Messiah Green, a trained legal practitioner, compliance officer, and passionate writer with a multi-dimensional background spanning law, maritime operations, and creative storytelling. I hold an LLB from Rivers State University and a BL from the Nigerian Law School, Kano. I began my legal career serving as an associate at the Customary Court of Appeal in Port Harcourt during my NYSC, where I gained foundational experience in legal drafting, courtroom proceedings and judicial ethics.

Currently, I serve as a Legal and Compliance Officer at a marine logistics company, where I oversee regulatory compliance, review and negotiate commercial contracts, draft charter party agreements and addenda, liaise with regulatory agencies, and ensure company policies meet international maritime standards. I work closely with both internal departments and external stakeholders to provide legal clarity and protect business interests.

Beyond the legal field, I’m a versatile writer working on my debut novel, expected in 2027, and I run a Substack newsletter exploring human experiences through storytelling. I’ve also created short fiction that gained attention from notable media executives, and I bring creativity, precision, and emotional intelligence into all forms of communication.

I’m currently seeking full-time remote opportunities that align with my core strengths in legal and compliance advisory, contract management, research, content writing, or relationship management. I'm open to roles across legal-tech, media, SaaS, fintech, or any mission-driven global organisation that values integrity, curiosity, and clear thinking.
