Previously at Kenatch Systems, I led the redesign of Scale, a B2B e-procurement platform, increasing user engagement by 25% and reducing customer support inquiries by 30%. I led three designers, established agile workflows, and created an internal design system to improve consistency and efficiency.

At Simpaul Designs, I used research, surveys, and usability testing to shape digital experiences. Insights from more than 500 users helped reduce bounce rates by 48% and informed iterative improvements for Afrisafe's website redesign.
