Meri Ghazaryan

I am a motivated and responsible data science student with practical experience in customer support, technical assistance, and retail management. I combine strong communication skills with quick learning ability and adaptability to new technologies to resolve inquiries and improve support capabilities.

My hands-on roles include store management—overseeing staff, inventory, promotions, and regulatory compliance—and frontline support as a call center specialist intern where I guided clients during incidents and coordinated with specialists. I also contributed technical event support for fashion productions and completed a capstone using machine learning and computer vision to classify clothing patterns.

I bring technical skills in Python, R, statistics, and relational databases, plus proficiency with MS Office and macOS. I deliver calm, solution-focused support under pressure and aim to apply data science knowledge to practical products and user experiences.
