I’m an Information Systems Engineering graduate based in Quito, Ecuador, with experience across software development, data analysis, QA, and applied AI. At Pink’s Sakura Spa, I develop a responsive service catalog and appointment-booking experience using React, Python/FastAPI, REST APIs, and MySQL. I also use SQL, Python, and Power BI to analyze booking activity, cancellations, repeat visits, and customer inquiries.
Previously, at Ciro Contable, I built reusable Vue.js/Vuexy components and integrated REST APIs for accounting workflows. During my QA and Technology internship at Golden Companies, I designed a GitLab-SonarQube workflow for automated static code analysis and created scripts and test plans to validate it.
My projects combine software engineering with data and AI. I analyzed 9,715 IT support tickets, identifying 26 themes and 14 subtopics, and developed a RAG help-desk prototype with React, FastAPI, multilingual embeddings, ChromaDB, and Gemini. I also built an imbalanced fraud-risk workflow on 6,313 records; in the holdout evaluation, its top 10% review queue captured 70.5% of fraud cases. Other work includes cross-platform social listening and visual reporting, a Flask and MongoDB voting system, and a C#/.NET hotel-management application.
