What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical or community nursing role where I can lead patient-centered care, support multidisciplinary teams, expand outreach and health education, and grow into nursing leadership while delivering evidence-based community health services.

I am a Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse with two years of hands-on clinical experience across sub-county and referral hospital settings, providing assessment, medication administration, pre/postoperative care, HIV counselling and ART initiation, and school health services. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate care with laboratory, mental health and chronic disease departments, and participate in community outreach, health education and disease prevention initiatives.

I have held nursing officer and deputy nursing services manager responsibilities in facilities of varied capacity, led triage and emergency response, maintained accurate patient records, and completed certifications in midwifery, pediatric nursing & immunization, cervical cancer screening, integrated NCD management, and Basic First Aid. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to advancing community health through evidence-based practice and patient advocacy.
