I am an accounting graduate with extensive experience as a Tax Examiner at the Internal Revenue Service and a background as a hairstylist and small-business operator. I consistently processed high volumes of cases with perfect on-time performance and earned performance bonuses for exceeding expectations.

As a Quality Reviewer, Lead and Subject Matter Expert, I trained new hires, oversaw seven Tax Examiners, delivered presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, and submitted change requests that were implemented 90% of the time.
