At Elos Medtech AB, I shortened the monthly close from day +10 to day +5 and run LucaNet consolidation across 18 operating entities and a private-equity holding-company stack. I also prepare the IFRS consolidated annual report and lead IFRS 18 implementation.

I built a group forecast control tower for forecast cycles and the annual budget, and support sell-side financial due diligence with carve-out consolidation views. At eyeo GmbH, I led IFRS group consolidation and reporting and served as finance functional lead on an ERP transformation of consolidation processes in NetSuite.

I’m designing AI-assisted finance workflows at Elos Medtech, with human review built into each step, using Claude and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
