Procuro oportunidades onde possa aplicar e desenvolver a minha capacidade de análise, organização e utilização de ferramentas informáticas, ganhando experiência prática e estabilidade financeira.

Tenho desenvolvido experiência prática em apoio administrativo, logística e atendimento ao cliente, enquanto frequento a licenciatura em Engenharia do Ambiente na FEUP.

Na Sinal Mais, organizei documentação, tratei de e-mails e guias de transporte, վերահեցի stocks, apoiei inventários e registei faturas e informação em Excel.

Também trabalhei na Arcádia, RE/MAX Porto, International Student Residence e McDonald's, onde atendi clientes, geri contactos, inventários, operações de caixa e visitas. No McDonald's, fui reconhecida várias vezes com o prémio McNice pelo meu desempenho.

Procuro aplicar a minha capacidade de análise, organização e utilização de ferramentas informáticas. Tenho experiência com MS Office, Excel, ERP, redação de relatórios e comunicação em português e inglês C1.
