What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support smooth operations, provide strong customer service, coordinate programs and schedules, and apply my administrative, communication, and records-management experience.

I'm currently supporting Coloring Book Sanctuary by managing administrative and financial documentation, including invoicing, payroll, billing, contracts, volunteer tracking, and records management.

I also keep daily sanctuary operations moving through animal care, grounds maintenance, pen sanitation, and safe operation of tractors, Gators, and powered landscaping equipment.

At Morningside, I facilitated workplace-readiness instruction for students, covering resume building, interview techniques, soft skills, and self-advocacy. I coordinated paid internships and weekly instructional schedules across 12 Thurston County schools for a team of four educators.

My background also includes retail merchandising with Smith Gardens, where I maintained live plant inventory, executed store layouts and planograms, and built strong relationships with store teams and management.
