I also streamline HIM processes to support data governance, compliance, and the integrity of health information.
Previously, as a Float Clerk in Health Information Management at Richmond University Medical Center, I used MEDITECH HIM, EMR systems, and WEBEDIMS for document management, scanning, chart completion, and records retrieval. I also processed release-of-information requests and maintained newborn birth-certificate records in eVital NYC.
