What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my detail-first approach to data evaluation and integrity—using rubrics, metadata, and strong organization—to support reliable outcomes in a fast-paced, quality-driven team.

I’m a detail-oriented, analytical professional with hands-on experience in data evaluation, information management, and customer support. I review text, image, audio, and video data across multiple dimensions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

In my current role as a Data Annotation Specialist, I follow established rubrics and quality guidelines to identify and flag inconsistent, inappropriate, duplicate, and low-quality data. I also apply complex instructions, adapt quickly to evolving project guidelines, and label and categorize large datasets across high volumes of content.

My background in library science and public-facing work strengthens how I think and communicate. As a Library Volunteer, I support daily operations, help patrons navigate resources and locate materials using advanced information retrieval techniques, and contribute to literacy initiatives by organizing events and helping prepare accessible materials.

Previously, as a Customer Service Clerk, I prepared, formatted, and maintained digital and physical records with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and integrity. I answered customer inquiries and handled complaints promptly and knowledgeably, bringing the same detail-oriented mindset—along with time management and the ability to work independently—to every task I own.
