What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a legal or compliance role where I can apply IPO due diligence, regulatory research, and precise drafting to protect clients from legal and operational risk while learning from experienced teams.

I’m a Bachelor of Laws student (Shanghai University of Political Science and Law) with hands-on experience as an IPO Compliance Intern at Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. I participated in IPO due diligence and compliance review, identifying potential legal and operational risks while staying highly sensitive to financial data and documentation accuracy.

In prior Legal Intern roles at Dentons (Shanghai) and Guantao (Shanghai), I supported corporate governance and shareholder dispute research, contributed to legislative projects by summarizing regulatory updates and policy implications, and assisted with contract dispute case analysis.
