What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Legal Officer role focused on China-desk support and corporate secretarial work, or a Compliance Specialist or Contract Analyst position. I’m interested in building expertise in foreign corporate law and AML requirements for cross-border entity administration.

I am a fully licensed Chinese lawyer with nearly six years of full-time practice. My main practice areas include perennial legal consulting, administrative compliance, civil and commercial litigation, and non-litigation legal services for government bodies and state-owned enterprises. I am familiar with government-enterprise legal workflows, administrative supervision regulations and SOE compliance management. I possess solid skills in case handling, legal drafting, risk assessment and multi-stakeholder coordination. I am seeking remote contract roles related to Chinese legal research, legal content creation and cross-border legal support.
