What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a CRM & Growth internship where I can build customer segmentation, retention, onboarding, and pipeline tools while applying data-driven decision-making.

I'm building a custom CRM at AYS Mühendislik for 100–150 dealers, consolidating a legacy CRM, Notion, Excel, and standalone tools into one interface.

I built retention workflows for 12-month maintenance follow-ups, segmented customers across 13 B2B/B2C types, and created an offer pipeline from draft to work order. I also added receivables/DSO, per-service P&L, field-technician, digital-signature, and inventory-tracking modules.

I've also grown technical communities: at Coinbase, I onboarded hundreds of developers to the Base ecosystem and ran a six-week ITU program that led 45+ participants to build 21 apps. At Rise In, I supported learner retention and completion across coding bootcamps.

As a Sirius Finance co-founder and project manager, I led a six-person team building a multichain portfolio tracker and secured $10k+ in grants. I'm a Management Engineering student seeking a CRM & Growth internship.
