I’m a Software Support Engineer who keeps Big Data and ETL-based telecom systems stable through continuous monitoring, tuning, and practical troubleshooting. I focus on measurable uptime and clear resolutions across applications, services, and databases.

At P.I. WORKS, I supported and maintained Lifebest, Singtel, Smartfren, and MTN SA. In one 6-month sprint, I managed 210+ support cases, resolved 223 issues, and maintained an average resolution time of 1.8 days while achieving 97% SLA compliance across multiple projects.

Before that, I learned the fundamentals of issue detection and system stability during internships supporting Lifebest and Beeline Russia under mentor guidance. I also built a Java-based Link Checker application to validate and analyze broken or invalid web links within URLs.

My engineering background includes ML-focused experience from AYVOS Research and Development Company, where I participated in data labeling and image annotation to train machine learning models for image processing. I completed a BSc in Computer Engineering with a thesis on Dynamic Viability Analysis of Drug-Treated Cancer Cells using Incremental Learning Algorithms.
