What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and secure mission-critical Oracle environments where I can lead high-availability, migration, automation, performance tuning, and disaster-recovery initiatives in a compliance-driven setting.

At HIGHLIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, I architect and maintain Oracle 12c/19c RAC environments, using Data Guard, Active Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN, and automation to protect mission-critical systems. My work reduced database downtime by 70% and increased operational efficiency by 50%.
