I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 8 months of experience supporting a private housekeeping business. I focus on keeping operations running smoothly through strong communication, careful scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.
In my role, I managed customer emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp communication, and I scheduled appointments while coordinating staff. I also prepared invoices, maintained records, and completed Excel data entry and document preparation in Microsoft Word.
