I’m looking for an IT role focused on software licensing compliance and asset lifecycle ownership—where I can optimize budgets, run audits with strong tooling (ServiceNow/CMDB), and improve procurement operations through clear processes and vendor partnerships.

I’m a Software and Hardware Asset Management professional with 7+ years in IT procurement, vendor management, and license compliance. I run the full asset lifecycle, keep budgets on track, and improve operations through process improvements and strategic vendor relationships.

At Unisys, I served as the first point of contact for software asset requests, building software models, entitlements, and user assignments in ServiceNow. Using CMDB/SCCM reports, I analyzed deployments and generated Effective License Positions (ELPs) to drive renewals and negotiations, while conducting internal audits. I also partnered with teams to enhance request queues and order forms, and I administered SAM tools for license entitlements and re-harvesting.

Earlier, at Wipro and HCL, I coordinated software and hardware procurement, maintained accurate license data in CMDB, and supported order management with tools like Remedy, BMC, SAP web portals, and ServiceNow. I’m energized by measurement—tracking KPIs, maintaining CMDB, and documenting user manuals so change management sticks.
