What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my IT asset management, vendor operations, procurement, contract, and hardware lifecycle experience in an enterprise environment where I can improve transparency, manage supplier performance, and support sound commercial decisions.

At Controlware GmbH, I managed approximately 30 technology suppliers and service providers, overseeing sourcing, RFQ/RFP activities, commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance management. I coordinated hardware lifecycle requirements for an environment supporting approximately 1,000 users and led telecommunications provider transitions from evaluation through rollout, contributing to substantial cost savings.
