What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in Salesforce development and CRM configuration, contributing to business-focused enhancements, reporting, production support, and collaborative Agile delivery.

At Accenture, I support enhancement and maintenance of Salesforce Veeva CRM applications through configuration changes, production issue resolution, and stable releases.

I build reports and dashboards that improve data visibility, configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, validation rules, and flows, and use SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting. I also work with business users, functional teams, QA, and Agile delivery teams using Jira.

I bring a Computer Science and Engineering foundation alongside project experience in Python, machine learning, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP, including a crop-yield prediction system.
