At Tennessee Virtual Academy (TNVA), Stride K12, I create instructional units, lesson materials, and educational resources across grade bands to support curriculum implementation and student learning.
I design presentations and teaching materials using PowerPoint and Canva, aligning resources with academic standards and lesson objectives. I adapt materials and strategies to meet different learning needs.
I support teachers through modeling, coaching, professional development, and classroom observations. I also lead data meetings where teachers and teams review student progress and determine instructional next steps.
Before TNVA, I planned and delivered standards-aligned lessons as a Classroom Teacher at McNairy County School District. I used assessments and student performance data to adjust instruction and support academic growth.
