What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Registered Nurse role where client communication and care are the top priority. I enjoy providing clear explanations and monitoring responses, and I’m currently beginning my Master of Science in Nursing degree.

I’m a Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Registered Nurse with two years of pediatric oncology experience, including being floated to all other pediatric floors. I bring strong communication skills with all types of personalities, and I’m currently working toward my Master of Science in Nursing.

At St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, I provide port care (including port access), administer chemotherapy based on APHON standards, and monitor patients for reactions and changes in their stable status. I also administer blood products (packed red blood cells and platelets) and provide care for additional lines such as foleys, g-tube’s, and nasogastric tubes.

Before nursing, I built advanced critical care and bedside skills as a veterinary technician, including 1:1 monitoring of critical animals and advanced patient care like central venous and urinary catheter placement and nasogastric tubes. I’m PALS certified and trained across pediatric emergency, orthopedics, medical surgical, cardiac ICU, gastroenterology, and oncology—bringing calm, developmentally appropriate explanations and hands-on care.
