I've tested Pay50 Payment Gateway across merchant onboarding, payment processing, refunds, and settlements, protecting transaction accuracy through end-to-end manual QA. I validate REST APIs with Postman and SQL, run JMeter load tests, and manage defects and release coverage in JIRA.
Previously, I led testing for Twinleaves Retail's POS, mobile, and RMS products, validating web-to-mobile synchronization at 98% accuracy. I've also delivered test design through UAT for Himachal Pradesh's e-Governance Supply Chain Management System, and I'm growing into a hybrid manual and automation QA role with Playwright and JavaScript.
