At Goodwill AI Pvt Ltd, I lead technical strategy and product development for an AI-driven survey automation platform, and implemented its core engine for survey generation, response analysis, and insight extraction. I also work on voice agent automation and a legal intelligence platform, and trained an SLM BERT model on Indian legal data.

I co-founded Lawsone AI and SurveyAgent.AI, and previously built production machine learning systems at Cognavi India Pvt. Ltd. Before that, I designed backend services and REST APIs at Disecto and Eoraa & Co., including search on Elasticsearch, gRPC microservices, and real-time features.
