At Oculin Tech BD Ltd., I lead full-stack architecture and development for AMI platforms serving more than 260,000 customers across DPDC and BREB.

I architect and ship the DPDC AMI Dashboard, OTBL CMS, and CMO Mobile App, including live RC/DC monitoring, missing-read automation, ticketing with five-level RBAC, and offline-first field workflows with ML Kit OCR.

I also lead BREB's smart-meter customer portal and CMO-to-MDMS migration platform, connecting Flutter, Vue 3, Node.js, Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, PostgreSQL, and real-time Socket.io services.

I've supported live utility rollouts, modernized teams from PHP and MySQL toward Node.js, Vue 3, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite, and build deployment, reporting, bot automation, and billing-reconciliation workflows for utility operations.
