I’m a results-oriented Senior Software Engineer with more than 10 years of experience building full-stack applications, system architecture, and cross-platform solutions. I focus on delivering scalable, high-performance mobile and web products across Banking, E-commerce, and HR domains.

At NeoSOFT Technologies (CMMi Level 5), I lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 5–12 developers through code reviews, sprint planning, and technical troubleshooting to ensure timely delivery. I’ve architected and developed 10+ full-stack cross-platform solutions using React Native, ReactJS, and Node.js—prioritizing performance optimization and long-term maintainability. I also design complex RESTful APIs and microservices with Node.js and MongoDB to support high-traffic environments.

I strengthen delivery by implementing coding standards and documentation practices that reduce post-release bugs and technical debt. Previously, I delivered full-stack cross-platform applications and guided team members to improve proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and database management—optimizing MySQL and MongoDB schemas to speed up data-heavy workflows.
