What I'm looking for
I am a passionate academic with a PhD in Social Science from Monash University, specializing in social welfare and governance. My research focuses on the vulnerabilities faced by older populations in Bangladesh, particularly in the context of extreme weather events and social protection. I have a strong background in educational governance, having published several articles on the role of non-formal education for ethnic children and the socio-economic conditions of child labor.
Throughout my career, I have held various teaching positions, including Assistant Professor of Social Welfare, where I have contributed to the academic development of students and engaged in significant research projects. My work has been recognized through multiple awards, including the Prime Minister Fellowship for my PhD studies.
