What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use KPI development, Power BI/Excel analytics, and mapping/location insights to improve measurable outcomes—while working in a coaching-driven team with clear ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and practical digital impact.

I’m a data analyst with a Master’s in Governance of Digitisation, where I built a strong foundation in data analytics, digital services design, and IT governance. I focus on translating complex data into actionable insights, with hands-on experience across KPI development, performance monitoring, and geographic location analysis.

In my most recent role as an F2F Team Leader at Suomen UNICEF, I led a team of 16 members to consistently meet KPI targets and delivered coaching on data analysis and mapping techniques. I also developed an efficient KPI analysis tool in Excel and designed a mapping system for D2D fundraising planning to improve productivity, while managing geographical areas and cross-functional delivery.
