The work usually starts with footage a crew already has and nobody has done anything with. Site work, machines, a job finished properly. I decide what is worth using, and it comes back cut, captioned and ready to go out.

It has to be right the first time, because a correction is worse than the mistake.

Started with one school that wanted enrolments. Ran their advertising,
made their posters, then edited their video when they asked.

That turned into the same work for other businesses.
Dental clinics, solar, education, recruitment, e-commerce. Search, paid ads, design, editing,
whatever the business needed that month.

Useful years, and most of that work is behind me now.
What I kept from it

- Produced examination papers and academic material for schools, on deadline, at volume.
-> There is no second chance once a paper goes to print.
--> First work where somebody was paying me and the mistake would have been mine.

Studied core subjects including Hindi, English, Economics, Accountancy, and Business Studies. Despite the college being 22 km away, I remained consistent in attendance and academic discipline. The long commute built my time management and focus, while classwork enhanced my understanding of commerce and communication.
