At Mulltiply Tech India Pvt. Ltd., I architected a LangGraph WhatsApp ordering agent that maps customer requests onto live seller catalogs. I authored its intent classifier and cart and product executors.
I also built an LLM evaluation and regression harness, with deterministic checks for cart, intent, and quantity behavior before LLM-as-Judge review. Its HTTPX interception layer replaced mock flags across approximately 70 clients.
For the B2C shopping bot, I shipped multi-store search, cart, complaint, and human-handoff flows. I also built per-store Pinecone RAG with source-cited answers in Hindi, Hinglish, or English.
