Owned end-to-end financial reporting for 1,000+ titles across $365M annual revenues, delivering monthly/quarterly/annual close packages to London and Paris leadership on accelerated timelines. Managed and developed a team of 4 analysts, produced variance commentary, forecasted acquired title revenue/expenses, and led data validation during a proprietary system launch and database integration.

Supported four finance directors across four divisions with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, budget and reforecast cycles, and title-level P&L development. Built KPI reporting and ad-hoc financial models, including profit-sharing analysis, for presentations to a publicly traded parent company in Paris.

Supported four attorneys across income tax, estate planning, real estate, and litigation through document preparation and client management. Built an Excel model to track client account balances, streamlining receivables collection and accelerating file closures.

Processed client-executed trades across multiple queues (International, Repo, DTC, Canadian, Physical, and TBA), ensuring accurate execution under strict deadlines and quality standards. Maintained operational rigor to support reliable transaction processing in high-volume environments.
