What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading game QA efforts involving console testing, certification compliance, team mentorship, and close collaboration with developers, producers, and publishers.

I've led game QA at GlobalStep in Pune since 2020, supporting console releases for Bandai Namco Entertainment America, Atari, Microids, GameMill Entertainment, and 505 Games.

I manage QA teams, allocate work, track milestones, and run build verification and regression testing across development cycles. I coordinate with developers, producers, and publishers to reproduce defects and help move issues toward resolution.

My work includes functional, multiplayer, exploratory, and Nintendo Switch Lotcheck compliance testing across Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC Steam titles. I've tested more than 80 console and PC games, including Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece Odyssey, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R.

I also mentor new testers in QA processes, testing techniques, and clear bug documentation, while exploring Unreal Engine environment design, VFX, and music production.
