I am a Senior QA Tester with hands-on experience testing web, mobile, console, and HD game projects across Android, iOS, Amazon, PlayStation, Xbox and PC platforms. I develop test conditions and scenarios from business requirements, manage defect lifecycles in JIRA, run and maintain test artifacts in TestRail/QMetry/Zephyr, and produce actionable reports and dashboards with Power BI and Excel to support LiveOps and release readiness.

I lead QA activities including UAT coordination, weekly team status and process-improvement meetings, onboarding and knowledge sharing for new hires, and integration with build systems such as Jenkins, Shift, Perforce and in-house tools. My focus is on quality assurance strategy, phased testing, regression management, and ensuring content and code meet project specifications prior to release.
