At Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions India Private Limited, I managed AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS, and EKS. I also worked on AWS security practices and cloud networking components.
I monitored systems with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Kibana, and used centralized logs to investigate incidents. I participated in investigating outages and performance degradation, escalating issues to senior team members when needed.
Before Broadridge, I worked as a Network Engineer at Mercedes-Benz India Ltd. and Computech Engineers. My work included installing IP network solutions, optimizing routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, and deploying firewalls, VPNs, and fixed wireless connectivity.
Earlier, at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Pvt. Ltd., I advised clients on financial planning and investment recommendations. I also use Terraform, Ansible, Git, and scripting tools in cloud, DevOps, and automation workflows.
